JUNGIAN PSYCHOANALYSIS & CONSULTATION

I am a California Licensed Psychologist and an Analytical Psychologist certified through the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. I offer psychological services for individuals and couples, and clinical and ethical consultation, training, and education for mental and medical health professionals and agencies. All appointments are currently available in person and via telehealth.

ABOUT ME

I received my Doctorate from The Wright Institute, Berkeley, and completed Analytical Training at the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. I practice psychoanalytic psychotherapy and tailor my approach to the individual or couple seeking treatment. I have experience treating a range of psychological issues including depression, anxiety, and relationship and job dissatisfaction, as well as life transition issues such as college and graduate school stress, pre-marital counseling, and issues related to identity and sexuality.

Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one’s being, but by integration of the contraries.

SERVICES

Jungian Psychoanalysis

Jungian Psychoanlaysis is based on the philosophy of C. G. Jung. It is inward focused - exploring the depths of dreams, thoughts, ideas, and feelings as they relate to the indivual’s relationship with themselves, with others, and with the world they are part of.

Clinical Consultation

I provide professional consultation for pre- and post-licensed psychotherapists on a range of clinical issues including substance use disorder assessment and treatment; motivational interviewing; and treatment issues specific to LGBT clients.

Relationship Therapy

I offer psychoanalytically oriented relationship therapy which encourages each partner to reflect on how they are contributing to specific patterns or dynamics that are negatively impacting the relationship.
